Subscription Policy

How Our Subscription Program Works

When you purchase a subscription product from Cerevia, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of your selected product at the frequency you choose during checkout.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Cerevia to automatically charge your payment method for each recurring order until you cancel.

Billing & Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days).

Your payment method will be charged automatically before each order is processed and shipped. The amount charged will be the subscription price displayed at the time of renewal, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges (if applicable).

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. If pricing changes, we will notify you before your next renewal date.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your customer account

  • Using the subscription management link included in your order emails

  • Contacting our customer support team

You may:

  • Skip a shipment

  • Change your delivery frequency

  • Update your shipping address

  • Update your payment method

  • Pause your subscription

  • Cancel your subscription

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for your next recurring order, cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard return and refund policies.

There are no cancellation fees, penalties, or long-term commitments associated with our subscription program.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, we may attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or canceled until valid payment information is provided.

Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders are covered by our standard Return Policy and Refund Policy.

Refunds are not issued for subscription renewals that have already been processed and shipped. Customers must cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Subscription Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our subscription program at any time. If material changes are made, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
