Policy Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Cerevia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing this policy before completing a purchase.

Cerevia maintains records of order confirmations, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and policy acceptance to resolve disputes and chargebacks when necessary.


30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery.

Return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier serves as proof of delivery.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return under the standard return policy, items must:

• Be in the exact same condition as received
• Be unused and unopened
• Be in the original packaging
• Include proof of purchase
• Be authorized in writing by our support team before being returned

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed or refunded.

Cerevia reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Authorization Process

To initiate a return request, customers must contact cereviasupport@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Approved returns will receive written return instructions.

Items returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cerevia does not provide prepaid return labels.

Cerevia is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

Customers are strongly encouraged to use trackable shipping.


60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

(Product Effectiveness Only)

Cerevia offers a 60-day money-back guarantee strictly for customers who experience no visible results after consistent use as directed.

This guarantee applies only to product effectiveness and does not apply to:

• Change of mind
• Preference dissatisfaction
• Improper use
• Inconsistent use
• Failure to follow instructions


Required Usage Period

Cerevia products require consistent use for approximately 6–7 weeks before visible results may appear.

To qualify for the effectiveness guarantee, the product must be used consistently as directed for a minimum of 6–7 weeks.

Refund requests submitted before completing the required usage period will not qualify.

Because the guarantee period is 60 days from the delivery date, requests must be submitted within the remaining time of the 60-day window after completing the recommended usage period.


Guarantee Verification Requirements

To request evaluation under the effectiveness guarantee, customers must provide:

• Order number
• Date product use began
• Written confirmation of consistent use as directed
• Clear before-and-after photos
• The same Cerevia bottle visible in both images
Timestamped photographic evidence demonstrating timeline consistency
• A photo of the bottle showing remaining contents

Cerevia reviews all submissions for authenticity and usage verification.

Cerevia reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation if necessary.

Approval is not automatic and is granted only after review by our support team.

If approved, the remaining product must be returned for inspection before a refund is issued.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for purchase
Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after inspection of the returned product
• Financial institutions may require additional processing time

Refund eligibility is limited to one claim per household, billing address, and payment method.

Cerevia reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy manipulation.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, personal care and beauty products cannot be returned once opened under the standard return policy.

Only unopened products qualify for return within the 30-day return window.

Opened products may only qualify for evaluation under the 60-day effectiveness guarantee review process.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Cerevia support to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Submitting a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter through customer support may be considered abuse of this policy.

Cerevia maintains documentation including:

• Order confirmations
• Shipping and delivery confirmation
• Customer correspondence
• Product usage verification requirements
• Policy acceptance at checkout

These records may be used to contest and dispute invalid chargebacks.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

Unopened
Unused
• In original packaging

Opened personal care products cannot be returned under EU hygiene regulations.
